We spent the weekend with Izabela on Estancia Puesto Viejo. "Estancia" is an Argentine answer to a ranch. Puesto Viejo is situated on Ruta 6, 15 km from a town of Canuelas in the province of BsAs (an hour drive from Capital Federal). It was built in 1910 and nowadays it is a place to play polo and enjoy the countryside, "asado" (barbecue) and the land with an unlimited view. We stayed in a cosy and stylish "habitacion", two rooms plus a bathroom. Izabela played polo and the rest of the team, i.e. Kinga, Jacek and Stash were horse riding, walking, running and resting. Maja, who turned six months old, was observing the world. Matias, the cook, did his best to make us happy with all kinds of "dulce" (sweets) and other specialties "de la casa". And the laziness and "nothing-to-do-ness" surrounded us without any doubt.
